ONE MAN CAN DO A TERRIBLE AMOUNT OF DAMANGE
They say the professor at the military base in Texas was a Muslim, but perhaps in name only. They say he was not a terrorist but he certainly killed like one, bringing down over forty persons by himself. That’s the object of any terrorist anywhere, efficiency. And who would have suspected: an educated man in a high place, respected until that moment when his motive became tragically obvious. Do you suppose this could be happening in Washington, one man seemingly bent on the destruction of our nation, foolishly spending our currency to the point it may become worthless? In a few months we seem to have turned one hundred eighty degrees, now soundly headed in the direction of socialism. Exactly as the professor in Texas did...I believe one man has bamboozled millions of innocent people.

Strange how difficult it is for the media to recognize that the Muslim at Hood was simply a terrorist. If he didn't want to go to Iraq all it required was one bullet. This terrorist attack was well planned. What is frightening is that there are thousands of potential killers scattered all over the country. They could easily be our THIRD 9/11. Hood was the second.
This is eerily and sadly similar to the Virginia Tech Massacre, where those that knew the perpetrator were also freaked out by him and weren't totally shocked that he could have done a crime like this.
That's the way it always is, we only notice how close to the edge a person is in hindsight.
That is why it is virtually impossible to prevent something like this from happening.
This murdering muslim major will be tried under the UCMJ
The penalty for murder under the UCMJ is either life confinement or death, as determined by the court martial.
Any person subject to this chapter whom without justification or excuse, unlawfully kills a human being, when he- -
(1) has a premeditated design to kill;
(2) intends to kill or inflict great bodily harm;
(3) is engaged in an act which is inherently dangerous to others and evinces a wanton disregard of human life; or
(4) is engaged in the perpetration or attempted perpetration of burglary, sodomy, rape, robbery, or aggravated arson;
is guilty of murder, and shall suffer such punishment as a court-martial may direct, except that if found guilty under clause (1) or (4), he shall suffer death or imprisonment for life as a court-martial may direct.
Since there's an appearance of premeditation here, the court martial could see its way to find death penalty warranted.
What will be interesting to see is how our leader will continue reaching out to see those wanting to hurt us, kill us and destroy our moderen society because of a religion that wants to keep itself and its followers in the 7th century.Obama has reached out to the muslims and they still continue to extend the middle finger to us.
Remember one thing folks that when this trial is over, either life in prison or death will be the verdict.
The ultimate appeal of the sentence is to the PRESIDENT. Think about that awhile....
The revelations of failure and blatant rationalization by FBI, Army command and DHS will continue for weeks if little else results.

We know Nidal Malik Hasan can't be a Muslim terrorist, because believing that would be insensitive to the Islamic death cult bent on our destruction. The media tried post-traumatic stress syndrome, but Hasan has never been in combat. The media also floated "compassion fatigue" as an excuse for murdering 13 people, but that just set off bitter laughter. Finally, the Daily Kos proved its lasting relevance by coming up with this one:
He was trying to save these troops from the horrors of war that he heard about from returning troops.
What a thoughtful guy, gunning down unarmed soldiers so that they wouldn't have to face the horrors of war. No wonder liberals twist themselves into knots trying to portray him in a sympathetic light. The post mordem media and liberals, some of our most outstanding idiots.
