Just think, Mary Lincoln was taken to task for purchasing china for the White House during the Civil War. And Mamie Eisenhower had to shell out the salary for her personal secretary from her husband's salary.

There has NEVER been anyone in the White House at any time that has created such an army of staffers whose sole duties is the facilitation of the First Lady's social life. One wonders why she needs so much help, at taxpayer expense.

golly, she has as many aides as each Congressman and Senator does. And they all contribute so much to well being of our country. I bet you didn't know you were electing hundreds of pols when you were in the voting booth. Isn't politics just grand?
Michelle Obama has no substance or value other than to her children she is no Jackie Kennedy, Barbara Bush. Maybe Hillary was as First "lady".
When I see or hear Michelle Obama its like sticking your tongue in a sore tooth. You know its going to hurt. When she speaks or I see that scowl, I see and feel the same pain.
How our First Lady creates jobs is an interesting question. She had many when she lived in Chicago. One paid her hundreds of thousands of dollars and she almost never showed up. So how can this poor not so little, free ride, affirmative action, Princeton educated, girl understand what employing hand and foot servants mean.
