There I was in Walmart when a similar offending idiot strutted by with a normal male friend that looked uncomfortable being seen with this fashion fool. You know what I wanted to do, yes, I admit it. This disgusting animal was proving that society had no power over him, and that our forced system of tolerance has gone too far. If that dim-brain walked down Main in my little Michigan home town he'd be dragged behind a building and relieved of both layers of protection. No other harm, just the embarrassment. And the deliverer of justice would smile for weeks.

Wearing his pants almost to his knees if the Walmart fire alarm goes off this chap won't even make it to the exit door. With National Night Out just days away and local news of shootings, stabbings, drug arrests, multiple grand jury endictments, arson and attempted vehicular homicide does anyone really believe this program is working. It is an opportunity for government to show they are aware of the problem but lets face it, NNO has been around awhile and crime is a growing concern because of string of failures starting with family, education, employment and the courts. Only when we address these issues and get tough on crime, we can have a Safe Night Out.
I'd like to know where the Black Community comes down on the dress code for young bucks who often strut the aisles of local stores. Special question section in this year's census; How many children did you father before you were twenty? With how many mothers? What were the mother's age? Do you know the age, name and gender of your children? Do you know where they are residing (living)? How often were you arrested in the past four years? What were the charges you were convicted of; misdemeanor, felony, other? Are you still on parole? Do you plan to become a repeat offender? Do you still own a gun? When was the last time (if ever) you went to church?
Councilman Brown wanted us to think outside the box.
