FIRST SIGN OF ALZHEIMER DISEASE
In December 2007, after a report in The Post that she had knowledge of these procedures and did not object, she admitted that she'd been "briefed on interrogation techniques the administration was considering using in the future." Today Pelosi protests, "we were not -- I repeat -- were not told that waterboarding or any other of these other enhanced interrogation methods were used." She imagines that this distinction between past and present is exonerating. On the contrary it is self-indicting. If you are told about torture that has already occurred, you might justify silence on the grounds that what's done is done and you are simply being used in a post-facto exercise to cover the CIA's rear end. But Pelosi did nothing, no protest, no move to cut off funding, no letter to the President or the CIA chief, or anyone else saying not to do it. That makes ner spectacle of self-righteous condemnation not just cowardly but hollow. And she could be your next President.

Thare are no consequences for Democrats in 2009 as the media gives them a pass at every intance. So they believe they are not accountable, they are above us and will continue to be so. Ours is a society distracted by self-interest and fearful of criticism. We have lost our ability to speak and those who do are harshly admonished in the media. We are in the latter stage as a nation, weak, barely able to balance ourselves upright. All we need is a nudge by a despot, natural disaster or foreign entaglement and we will topple. If history is to repeated our next government will be in the form of a police state.

According to the WH the National Day of Prayer will be observed privately by the president. Not so much as a peep from Reverends Jackson and Sharpton. Were they paid off to sit down and shut up? Or was our day of ilent prayer and contemplation already observed on April 15th?
San Fran Nan The Speaker of the House probably thought President Obama's release of "torture memos" were going to bury the Republicans. Unfortunately for her, her own words have dug the hole upon which she may not be able to climb out of.
ABC News’ Rick Klein reports: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was briefed on the use of “enhanced interrogation techniques” on terrorist suspect Abu Zubaydah in September 2002, according to a report prepared by the Director of National Intelligence’s office and obtained by ABC News.
The report, submitted to the Senate Intelligence Committee and other Capitol Hill officials Wednesday, appears to contradict Pelosi’s statement last month that she was never told about the use of waterboarding or other special interrogation tactics. Instead, she has said, she was told only that the Bush administration had legal opinions that would have supported the use of such techniques.
As I said before, arrogance and overreaching will be the undoing of this present group of arrogant, overreaching Democrats. AND THE MORALE OF THE STORY IS NOW YOU KNOW WHY THE GOLDEN CALF HAS CHANGED HIS MIND AGAIN ABOUT NOT CHARGING ANYONE.
San Fran Nan wagged her finger like Bill Clinton did. She said NEVER!!! was she aware of the waterboarding. Is she prepared now to say NEVER 40 times? Its reported that there were 40 briefings over the years. So much for transparent government. It looks like the cess pool is up around her neck...
What will happen to NAN if proof of her lieing is proven? Nothing. Will she lose her seat? Her base popularity? The media's slanted bias towards National Socilaism she endorses? Nor is the media willing to allow any chink in the Obama-Democrat armor. There are no consequences for the powerful.
The Pelosi Syndrome was recently identified. By pulling her eyelids tight as a drum she can no longer sleep at night. Her Insomnia appears to be affecting her ability to rationalize reality from fantasy.
The best example of ALZHEIMER's is the manner our outragious council works!

Didn't you love seeing Botox squriming and twisting during her press confrence? Only someone as heavily Botoxed as Nancy could keep a straight face while telling such a bold-faced lie and demanding the appointment of a truth commission. The CIA often has been incompetent and disloyal (witness the Valerie Plame debacle), but at Washington political infighting, they remain ninja masters. I wouldn't want to be in Pelosi's position right now. Obama, Emanuel, and Hoyer would love to replace Pelosi with Hoyer, giving the White House complete control over the House of Representatives. I am wondering that as the Speaker implodes over her lies - if people will catch on to the fact that she, and those of her party who continue to support her, are doing this for political expediency and placing politics ahead of what's best for the nation? Unfortunately, she will never admit her error and this is why the Dems ultimately are going to be asking for her resignation as Speaker of the House.
San Fran Nan is being thrown under the bus by her own party. A simple phone call to CIA Director Paneta would still their opposition to being called liars. Hoyer is making a deal with his long time friend Emmanuel to leave Nan no room to squirm and force her to conceed her seat to him. The Obama Administration will remain quiet allowing the media (White House Press Corp)to do their dirty work chipping away at Nan's excuses and record. If Obama really wanted to keep her in the Speaker's Chair all he needs to do is make a few phone calls and call off the dogs. There will be no substantive truth panel convened, as it will be a messsy affair, revealing which powerful Democrat knew what and when. The Democrats are targeting Pelosi and she is a goner unless she has the goods on BO or one of his inner circle. So welcome Speaker Hoyer to the third most powerful position in our nation.
The voters attempt to vote in people who we think are not stupid or dumb and in the case of Queen botox and others on the left we have found that we are being fooled. Well the CIA doesn't hire stupid people. The CIA won't accept her latest interpretation-turned Bush slam. The CIA knows Pelosi's comments yesterday was a CYA at their expense.
I believe, as the CIA is unfettered by terms and reelection, they can drag this out as long as they want. I believe they will send a message loud and clear to self-serving politicians that they are the one agency you don't play political games with.
Makes you wonder when a brown envelope with some pictures in it will be left on her door step.Meantime, the CIA Gee, all they do is topple nations. Looks like topping a lying politician is up next. Piece o' cake.

Freedom of speech is such a wonderful gift we give ourselves as Americans. Sad that some can make it seem like such an awful idea...
I totally disagree with the political maneuvering to oust Speaker of the House Pelosi. As long as the turmoil continues nothing will be done by Congress. No nationaliztion of the auto industry, health care take over, and errosion of civil rights. Makes every bit of sense we leave them to bleed each other white.
Dick Cheney has done many dastardly things. But presiding over policies so saturnine that they ended up putting the liberal speaker from San Francisco on the hot seat about torture may be one of his proudest achievements.
Nancy Pelosi’s bad week of blithering responses about why she did nothing after being briefed on torture has given Republicans one of their happiest — and harpy-est — weeks in a long time. They relished casting Pelosi as contemptible for not fighting harder to stop their contemptible depredations against the Constitution. That’s Cheneyesque chutzpah.
The stylish grandmother acted like a stammering child caught red-handed, refusing to admit any fault and pointing the finger at a convenient scapegoat. She charged the C.I.A. with misleading Congress, which is sort of like saying the butler did it, or accusing a generic thuggish-looking guy in a knit cap with gang tattoos to distract from your sin.
Pelosi surely isn’t acting out of self interest? Nawwwwwwww, not the Princess Pelosi, the person who speaks of morality and values.
Pelosi is regrouping. She will be taking time out from her busy week for another face lift, botox, hair coiffing and pedicure. While at the spa, she will be consulting with Republican Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (aka: The Mummy). McConnell has taken a unique approach to politics by botoxing his face stiff. Since he can no longer speak, it makes him an excellent consultant for the likes of Pelosi.
Dick Chenney answerd Oboma's charges against the Bush years dealing with terrorists.
"To the very end of our administration, we kept al-Qaeda terrorists busy with other problems. We focused on getting their secrets instead of sharing ours with them. And on our watch, they never hit this country again. After the most lethal and devastating terrorist attack ever, 7- 1/2 years without a repeat is not a record to be rebuked and scorned, much less criminalized."
The media is giving her a pass. She will stand by her statement and will not be challanged unless President Rafikki instructs the CIA to release the memos and media attack dogs. So we will continue to hear Democrats keep on throwing out outlandish statements and not be accountable. Even Fox News was passive in reporting her stonewalling. Imagine the feigned outrage and demands for resignation by the media and Democrats if this happened to a Conservative. Shame on you America.
