PORT TRAFFIC

Virginia port traffic continues to slow and port bonds losing some value. May affect Centerpoint if it continues.

Imports are reportedly down 1% although talking to freight consolidators it's much worse. The economy is in a prolonged funk, with little hope for revitalization as inventories are being drawn down to save costs and stave off bankruptcy. But that's not enough to stop the Greedmeisters in our State and Local Government. Too much money has grease their palms to bring their plans to a halt. Centerpoint may go into hibernation but it will be around long after we're gone.

Until the economy gets bakc "on-the-rails" Centerpoint will go nowhere. I do agree that when is is ripe, it will run forward to feed the greedy! Look for more on this in the future.
