Mr. Obama is a very intellectual, charming individual. He is not to be underestimated. He is a cool customer who doesn't show his emotions. It's very hard to know what's behind the mask. The taking down of the Clinton dynasty by a political neophyte was an amazing accomplishment. The Clintons still do not understand what hit them. Obama was in the perfect place at the perfect time. Obama has political skills comparable to Reagan and Clinton. He has a way of making you think he's on your side, agreeing with your position, while doing the opposite. Pay no attention to what he SAYS; rather, watch what he DOES! Obama has a ruthless quest for power. He did not come to Washington to make something out of himself, but rather to change everything, including dismantling capitalism. He can't be straightforward on his ambitions, as the public would not go along. He has a heavy hand, and wants to level the playing field with income redistribution and punishment to the achievers of society. He would like to model the USA to Great Britain or Canada. Krauthammer also said that Obama's goal is to control ENERGY, PUBLIC EDUCATION, and NATIONAL HEALTHCARE by the Federal government.The cap and trade will add costs to everything and stifle growth. Paying for FREE college education is his goal. Most scary is his healthcare program, because if you make it FREE and add 46,000,000 people to a Medicare-type single-payer system, the costs will go through the roof. The only way to control costs is with massive RATIONING of services, like in Canada. He has surrounded himself with mostly far-left academic types. No one around him has ever even run a candy store. But they are going to try and run the auto, financial, banking and other industries. This obviously can't work in the long run. Obama is not a socialist; rather he's a far-left secular progressive bent on nothing short of revolution. Obama doesn't really see himself as President of the United States , but more as a ruler over the world. He is the first President ever who has chastised our allies and appeased our enemies!
When the idiots find out that they can sell their votes for dollars and power they will do so. Many voted for Obama because they thought they would get something for nothing. I fear our Republic is on the road to runination and utter failure.

Hey, I read it too and you also left out, " The current level of spending is irresponsible and outrageous. We are spending trillions that we don't have. This could lead to hyperinflation, depression or worse. No country has ever spent themselves into prosperity. The media is giving Obama, Reid and Pelosi a pass because they love their agenda. But eventually the bill will come due and people will realize the huge bailouts didn't work, nor will the stimulus package. These were trillion-dollar payoffs to Obama's allies, unions and the Congress to placate the left.
Now we have witnessed San Fran Nan become concerned abt possible violence. OK granny, if you're really upset by this, and really concerned about violence, then why don't you just back the hell off? Don't push through a massive government takeover of health care. Expel the corrupt members of your own party like Charlie Rangel, Maxine Waters, and John Murtha. Cut the deficit. Get your corrupt cronies at ACORN, the SEIU, and the AFL-CIO off the public teat. Stop wasting the public's time with childish tit-for-tat censure resolutions against people in the other party you don't like.
If you seriously believe those opposed to your agenda are going to commit violence, then you owe it to the potential victims to back off your agenda. But if you're just using the accusation as a rhetorical feint to garner sympathy by playing the victim... then I guess you won't bother.
History shows that . American political violence is a Leftist thing....the political Right, by it's very nature does not run around shooting people and blowing things up.
The standard Leftist response is to throw Timothy McVeigh back at us because he was at one time a Christian, a Republican, and a good soldier, too - what the Left won't admit is that he went nuts and became an anti-government "Waco Whacko" (the 1990s equivilant of a 9/11 Troofer) watching out for the black helicopters. He had more in common with Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn than anyone on the Right.
As President Obama's buddies Bill and Bernadine used to say back when they were actively killing people, "Power To The People, Right On!!!"

Just amazing.....During President Obama’s session on ABC’s This Week, President Obama was asked if mandating health insurance was the equivalent of a tax increase…
"What it’s saying is, is that we’re not going to have other people carrying your burdens for you anymore. Right now everybody in America, just about, has to get auto insurance. Nobody considers that a tax increase."
With all due respect, that was a stupid answer, Mr. President.
Some states require automobile insurance so your car can be taken to be fixed after a catastrophic accident so it doesn’t sit in the street. Also, states that don’t have no-fault mandate insurance require you to have it so if you cause an accident, you can pay for the other person’s repairs.
But the reason the president’s answer was stupid is that no one is required (yet) to own an automobile. Thus paying for all the expenses associated are voluntary. There is a big difference between a car we may or may not choose to acquire and our bodies. Owning a car and having a drivers license is a privelage not a right...Cleanup on Aisle 3.
Since Billy Mays passed away there hasn't beena pitch man that could fill his shoes, until now. Our president has embarked on another career of informercials for healthcare. Five Sunday programs and Letterman lastnight. He plans on expanding his role to television Lifealert commercials. The liberal congeress voted down the repugs request that the WH honor their promise to post the New Healthcare "Control" bill on the WH web site for at least 72 hours in advance of it being voted on. So it can be read by trhe repugs and the public. The repugs are not being allowed to see it at all.How funny they did this in the shadow od what is taking place in the UN today, Obama and the congress are so low (and are liars) that they have to reach up to touch bottom.

I feel like I’ve traveled back, in some sort of demented time warp, to the 1970’s–and the 1970s really stunk. To make it worse, it’s like Obama wakes up every morning and asks himself, “What can I do today to be a worse President than Jimmy Carter?”, and then does it.
Obama must be thinking that he is a pilot In aviation when a pilot flies into a mountain its called CFIT (Controlled Flight Into Terrain.) That is when a pilot drives a perfectly good airplane into the side of a mountain because he/she is distracted or incompetent.
Whatever the cause, it doesn’t end well.....
As a independent who titlts to the right often I found in my political thinking that If Obama wasn’t laid-back and had spent years being incredibly cautious about taking the lead on anything controversial, he never would have beaten Hillary in the primaries or McCain in the general, because people would have looked at his agenda and thought: Al Shapton on Prozac. But you can’t fake going 20 years at just laying back, never taking the lead on anything and never being pushy against your own core supporters when they’re taking you off a cliff. So it’s in Obama’s DNA to be afraid of conflict with anyone who’s not a conservative/Republican, and it’s that fear that makes him incompetent as a leader.
He can’t challege Pelosi or Reid in Congress, and he can’t challenge people like Ahmedinejad or Putin on the world’s stage because that would mean he’d have to lead by providing a strategy. That’s not his style. Other people are supposed to provide the strategy, and then Obama gives a speech, the media has a Chris Matthews moment and he takes credit. And then smokes a cigarette. Force him to use another formula, and he’s lost, including being ignorant of the real world and politics of the country.
