OOPS, IF TRUE HE CAN'T BE PRESIDENT
AP- WASHINGTON D.C. - In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group Americans for Freedom of Information has Released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College. The transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.

Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is hot news. The White House is all shook up. When reached for comment in London , where he has been in meetings with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue.
Britain 's Daily Mail has also carried the story in a front-page article titled, Obama Eligibility Questioned leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama’s first official visit to the U.K.
And the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama’s campaign spending. Obama spent almost a million in campaign funds with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. HOT STUFF

In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama’s legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey .. This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship dsqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio’s case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama’s citizenship or qualification to serve as president.
If true, this could constitue a fraud and crimminal act. However it's up to the mass media to make it an issue and the American people to wake from their coma to demand accountability. Then the Justice Department must determine if in fact a crime was perpetrated by investigation by a hand picked "independent" special prosecutor. Lastly it will up to the courts to determine innocence or guilt. Time will tell.
The height of Indonesians are not generally +6 feet nor are they black (African) in appearance and speak English with an American dialect. Someone should check if President Soetoro was a memeber of Indonesia's Mens Olympic Basketball or Girls Softball Team.
The media, like CBS (Continuous Borocow Show) has just run a line that Obama is not only an American, born ture and brave, but the best American! When the media puts forth that the number one politician is better that the rest of us, it reminds one of the situation where the Court Jesters claimes that the King was devine! Are we now living in the fudel United Socialist States of American, and Obama is our King? Seems like it when there are standards for some, but not others. It is time to recognize that Obama is a hack politician, not "The One"!

I dont really bite into this question on citizenship But I have no problem questioning his socialist marxist agenda.After his statements and playing the race card last night I heard the "good" Rev's Wright speaking. Right behind on his shoulders were little Sharptons and Jacksons whispering in his ear "Your the Man, Your the Man"

Uh oh. A new poll from a reputable firm with more evidence that Nirtherism is not just a fringe phenomenon in the GOP: Just 32% of Virginia Republicans Think Obama is a Citizen.
All I know is that Virginia will return to being a red state once again. VOAI 2010
Obama mafe it extremely hard to get any personal information from his past and the media really failed on this point. His words and actions are seldom the same. Does anyone have faith in Obama words that taxes will not be raised for any family making 250k and under? However we all are now finding out who he really is and I still don't like him.And that's the point. There's a lot of folks who simply do not trust how this man got into the White House. They have no personal knowledge of the situation, but they know there's volumes of unanswered questions about his past, and they assume (quite reasonably) that on any matter having to do with Obama, whatever the press is saying is 180 degrees opposed from fact.
So the nirther story, nonsensical as it may be, is a convenient hook on which to hang their disbelief that the voters of this country would elect a man whose background often seems to have been spun from whole cloth.
Truthers still today think that 9-11 was an inside job, Bush stole the election. In closing if some on the right beleive that Obama isnt an American they have that right
